The Solution

Our team developed a centralized beauty booking platform that unified appointment management, customer data, communication, and third-party integrations.

At the core of the system was a centralized booking management platform that allowed salon staff to manage all appointments from a single interface. This eliminated the need to switch between multiple systems and significantly improved operational efficiency.

To provide a seamless customer experience, the platform was integrated with LINE Mini App. Customers could browse services, book appointments, receive notifications, and access their booking information directly through LINE without downloading an additional application. Since LINE is already widely used in Japan, this significantly reduced barriers to adoption and improved booking convenience.

The platform also introduced comprehensive customer profiles that stored appointment history, service records, consultation notes, and relevant medical information. Having access to complete customer data enabled salon staff to deliver more personalized services and improve customer satisfaction.
