[Responsibilities]
- Self-manage data related to business development.
- Perform leads generation and gather leads from available data sources, then classify and analyze leads to convert them into potential business opportunities.
- Proactively arrange and schedule first meetings with potential clients.
- Join with the larger team in meetings and bidding processes to assist and understand client requirements.
- Send follow-up emails to clients to maintain relationships after meetings.
- Prepare and draft contracts according to client and company requirements.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and coordinate with related departments to resolve any arising issues.
[Requirements]
- Bachelor’s/College degree, preferably in Business or Information Technology.
- From 6 months of experience in sales or customer care, preferably in the ITO sector.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
- Proactive mindset, self-starter, and strong teamwork skills.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Be excellent at English communication and networking skills, including face-to-face meeting, video conference, social media and email.
