[Job Objective]
Enhance the English language skills of company personnel at all levels to support international work demands and promote a continuous learning environment.
[Responsibilities]
- Design and deliver English language courses tailored to various proficiency levels (based on CEFR) and employee needs (e.g., General English, Technical English, Business English).
- Conduct English language instruction through diverse formats, including one-on-one sessions, small groups, and classroom settings.
- Administer English language proficiency assessments to candidates as part of the recruitment procedures.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active student participation and interaction.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and offer timely support.
- Evaluate student learning outcomes through tests and in-class activities.
[Requirement]
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English Language Teaching, English Linguistics, or a related field.
- Certification: Possession of an international English language teaching certification such as TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching English to adults; prior experience working within corporate or organizational settings is preferred.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and effective information delivery skills.
- Competencies: Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, responsible, and possesses a strong learning aptitude.
- Preferred: Candidates with experience working in the technology sector or possessing knowledge of technical/IT-related English terminology will be given preference.
