Our client, a leading human resource export enterprise in Asia, specializes in recruiting, training, and dispatching skilled workers to various markets—particularly Japan and Taiwan. To enhance the efficiency of their training process and reduce costs while maintaining high learning engagement, the client collaborated with MOHA Software to build a custom Language Management System (LMS) that can serve thousands of learners simultaneously.

The result is COMY LMS, a fully responsive web-based and mobile-ready language learning platform designed to empower both learners and educators with flexible, interactive, and data-driven learning experiences.

Customer Pain Points

Before adopting a digital approach, the client faced multiple challenges in their traditional training operations. First, high training and staffing costs posed a major concern. The company relied heavily on in-person classes, which required hiring numerous instructors, language trainers, and administrative staff. Managing multiple training centers also added to operational and logistical expenses.

Another issue was the long and inflexible training cycles. Classroom-based sessions often took months to complete, leading to delays in deploying workers overseas. Moreover, learners had limited opportunities to review or practice outside class hours, which slowed down their overall progress.

The company also struggled with low engagement and lack of motivation among learners. Many trainees lacked consistent interaction with the material, and without gamification or progress tracking, they often lost interest and had difficulty retaining vocabulary effectively.

Lastly, the client encountered business expansion limitations. Their long-term goal was to transform from a training provider for outbound workers into an international EdTech brand offering Vietnamese language education for global learners. However, without a scalable and multilingual platform, this vision was difficult to realize.
