Job Overview
We’re searching for a Test Leader with a passion for ensuring software quality to lead our testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Responsibilities
- Plan testing and allocate appropriate resources for each project.
- Write documentation to support testing or review documents created by team members.
- Develop test cases or review test cases created by team members.
- Lead the team in executing test cases or directly participate in testing specific scenarios or projects.
- Monitor and track testing issues and errors.
- Control and ensure the team completes testing tasks and reports progress on software testing.
- Manage the team: Coordinate tasks, handle difficult situations, evaluate, recruit, provide training and mentorship within the team, and improve testing processes.
Skills And Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Software Engineering, or a related.
- Proficient in testing knowledge and techniques: Understanding of various testing phases (Unit Test, Integration Test, System Test, etc.), and software testing methodologies.
- Experienced in organizing and managing teams and groups.
- Have experience in using at least one basic database management system (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.).
- Ability to read and analyze project requirements.
- Proficient in reading and understanding documentation, with strong logical thinking skills.
