Marketing Leader
Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Team Leader to join our company. As the Marketing Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for our services and products. You will oversee all marketing activities, manage digital channels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality of our services and customer experience across various marketing channels.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and develop comprehensive marketing plans for the company’s services and products.
  • Manage and lead all marketing activities, including digital channels, advertising campaigns, and content creation.
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and improve online content, leveraging SEO techniques and analyzing results through Google/marketing tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure consistent service quality and customer experience across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with agencies and freelancers to optimize marketing resources and ensure effective project execution.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation campaigns preferred candidates working in the IT field and/or foreign markets.
  • At least 3-year experience in Marketing; past experience in the IT field is an advantage.
  • An understanding of digital marketing tools and tactics.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
