Project: A Booking System integrated with LINE Mini App for reservations and synchronization of customer information, medical records, payment system, daily and monthly reporting, and various other functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirement information, conduct analysis and surveys, provide consultations, and propose solutions to optimize processes and features to solve business issues.
- Write documentation for business requirement specifications, user requirements, and system requirements.
- Build mockups/wireframes of the product.
- Collaborate with the design team to create user-optimized designs.
- Review and evaluate the product before its launch to users.
- Manage changes during the project implementation process.
Skills And Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience of working as a Business Analyst.
- Experienced in system modeling through tools such as Activity diagrams, Data flow diagrams, Use case diagrams, etc.
- Proficient in using mockup and prototype drawing tools.
- Experienced in working with booking systems.
Benefits
- Duration: 3 months
Salary: 20 – 30,000,000 VND per month (negotiable based on skills and qualifications).
Working Format: Onsite at the office.
